Ingredients: Procedure: 200 g soft cheese (like Brie)
180 g cornmeal
60 g bread flour
100 g unsalted butter (room temperature)
2 dl milk
5 g salt
1 baking powder
1. Froze the cream cheese and cut into cubes 1×1 cm.
2. Preheat oven up to 180°C.
3. Stir remaining ingredients into a uniform mass.
4. Fill the proper mold by half with the stuffing, insert a cube of frozen cream cheese and topped up to 3/4 of the volume of the mold.
5. Bake for about 11 minutes.
