BELL BLACK PEPPER STRIPS:

200 g yellow bell pepper
200 g red bell pepper
200 g green bell pepper
1. Bake peppers on grill.
2. Separate the peppers by the colors and leave them in separate sealed containers to cool.
3. Peel the peppers, cut into 1.5 cm strips.
4. Separated 8 pieces from each color and put on the side.
YELLOW STUFFING:
100 g fresh cheese
Few drops of lemon juice
salt, black pepper, yellow curry power
5. Finely cut the rest of the roasted yellow peppers, add the cheese, mix it and spice it as you wish.
RED STUFFING:
100 g fresh cheese
pepper
Few drops of wine vinegar
salt, black pepper
6. Finely cut the rest of the roasted red peppers, add cheese, minced pepper, mix it and spice it as you wish.
GREEN STUFFING::
100 g fresh cheese
Few leaves of Wild garlic (Allium ursinum)
Few drops of apple vinegar
One small garlic clove
salt, black pepper
7. Finely cut the rest of the roasted green peppers
8. Mash garlic and wild garlic in blender.
9. Mix all ingredients together and spice it as you wish.

Cover the inside of a round molds (diameter 2 cm) with roasted peppers strips and fill the molds with appropriate stuffing, leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
